Lisa W. will guide participants through her text “Unwelcome Inheritance: Break Your Family’s Cycle of Addictive Behaviors” and the foundational teachings of the late Dr. Janet G. Woititz. This interactive, experiential workshop will focus on understanding our experience in a whole new light, moving through resentments and past hurts, life skills and creating a spiritual shift within.
