UPCOMING SEMINARS & RETREATS: 2010

August 12-15 ~ “Strength for the Journey VI”, a retreat for women in AA will be presented by Tommie D. from FL and MaryJane R. of RI. This year the retreat begins on Thursday and continues through Sunday morning. This will be an exciting weekend of a journey through the Twelve Steps. August 20-22 ~ “Barefoot Bill from NJ and Jay S. of California will present an “AA History Weekend. Barefoot Bill is an A.A. historian. Jay is a member of The Oxford Group, which is now called Initiative of Change. Sign up early and be prepared to relive the early days of A.A. with two incredible presenters!

September 17-19 ~ “Spirituality: The Ultimate Goal” will be presented by Sr. Maurice from the Bronx, NY. This weekend retreat is for men and women in A.A. and Al-Anon. Sr. Maurice is a very popular presenter and this retreat will fill up quickly. Call soon to be sure you won’t be disappointed. September is a wonderful time to visit The Wilson House and take home lots of serenity!

September 25 & 26 ~ The Atlantic Group from NYC will present their annual “Big Book Study” in September this year due to the AA Convention being held during the summer. This seminar has been the most popular one of the year for several years. Great presenters, lots of learning, fun with friends; just a great weekend!

November 6 & 7 ~ Fred H. from Hazelden will be returning with his popular “Fall Seminar at The Wilson House. Check this website later in the summer for more information.
