We are doing everything possible for the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. We are following all guidelines in place by the State of Vermont and the CDC with enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the house.
We advise you to review our policies so that you will be aware of changes prior to your visit.
Please check the State of Vermont map to make sure you can come to Vermont without necessary quarantine. This map is updated by the State of Vermont each Friday.
At check in – we will:
- Require all guests to wear masks and respect social distancing.
- Taking temperatures at the door
- Asking for signature on State of Vermont compliance forms – attesting to your quarantine status
- Asking for signature acknowledging Wilson House policies
- We are accepting no cash at this time – charge or check for your stay
All guest rooms will be assigned to a specific bathroom with no more than two rooms sharing a bath.
Also be aware that we will be unable to provide coffee services. Continental breakfast will be a limited service.
Meetings will be held in the Meeting House with entry from the side of the house as opposed to through the house. A full list of meetings is available on our Meetings page.
Pets – (Service Dogs Only) are allowed to stay in the apartment. No pets are allowed in the upstairs guest rooms of The Wilson House. There is a $35.00 per day fee for a pet in the apartment.
No pets are allowed to attend meetings here at The Wilson House.
In order to reserve a room, The Wilson House requires a deposit for the first night lodging. We accept Cash or major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Discover). Balance due upon arrival for full stay. We do not accept American Express.
Cancellation notification is 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund or transfer deposit (reserving another day within 6 months of initial arrival date). An administrative fee of $25 on all cancellations with be charged.
